Variant Onco Relevance
A variant is called onco-relevant if it is associated with oncological diseases. For such onco-relevant variants, clinical guidelines for the drug treatment of malignant tumors and maintenance therapy in oncology were developed by groups of experts studying cancer: Russian Society of Clinical Oncology (RUSSCO), Association of oncologists of Russia (Ассоциация онкологов России, АОР), the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Министерство здравоохранения Российской Федерации, МЗ РФ), National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO).
In SNV Viewer, you can add "Onco Relevance" column (not included in the default columns)
in column edit mode.
If the variant is onco-relevant, then there will be the onco relevance
button in this column.
To open "Clinical Guidelines" tab of the variant details page, click on this button.

Variants can be filtered by "Onco Relevance" column using "Onco Relevance" filter in advanced filtering mode.
